Seven Hills Medical Group accepts a wide variety of insurance plans. However, it is the responsibility of the patient to work directly with their insurance broker//company to verify that Dr. Hillis is listed as a preferred provider with the specific insurance plan accepted. If you have any questions regarding insurance, please call your insurance broker/company directly.

• PREMERA MEDICARE REPLACEMENT

• PREMERA –PERSONAL CARE PARTNER SYSTEM-MUST VERIFY ON THE INSURANCE CARD. WITH THE FOLLOWINGALPHA PREFIXES:
  • ZNK, ZKN, ZNJ (UW GROUP)
  • ZNB, ZNC, ZNA (NW PHYSICIAN)
